Smoked Turkey Legs

Ever wish you could enjoy the giant turkey legs you can get from Disneyland or the Renaissance Fair, right at home?  For only a couple bucks each you can pick some up from Henry's and feast like a King! or Caveman! or any other macho being of your liking!  And with a recipe so easy, even the most manliest of men can manage to keep disasters to a minimum.

  • Simply pat down the meat with olive oil
  • Throw on your favorite spices (pepper, oregano, etc.)
  • Spoon on some minced garlic
  • Toss them in a baking pan and put it in the oven at 350

When the skin darkens and starts to peel back, you know they're done.  Henry's turkey legs come pre-smoked, making it super easy.  Whatever you do, DO NOT ADD SALT! The turkey legs already have enough salt since they come pre-smoked. Anyways, your going to have to man up on this one and leave the knife and fork in your purse.
