Rosemary Roasted Nuts

I tried this recipe at a cooking show at Disneyland and it seemed easy so I figured I'd give it a shot.  You can use any variety of nuts you want.. I would stick with peanuts and cashews.  These make a quick snack or pre-dinner appetizer.

  • 1 cup of nuts
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Salt to taste
Add the oil, nuts, and rosemary to a pan and cook on medium/high for about 10 minutes (until nuts are slightly browned)
