Baked Pepper Ribs

Quick, painless recipe that you'll have to try more than once.  The ribs can get pretty pricey so you may have to stick to cup noodle the rest of the week but trust me, its worth it!
What you'll need:
  • 15 pork ribs
  • 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Pepper.. lots of pepper...
Cover the ribs in the garlic, soysauce, and pepper . Put more pepper than you think is necessary.. it tastes that much better. Put it in a container and let it marinate in the fridge overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and toss them in. These go great with white rice so now is a good time to start your rice. After about 20min rotate the ribs. Continue to bake until they look like ribs above ^ (about 30-40min). Serve over rice and enjoy! Recipe makes enough for two... or one hungry person.
