Creamed Tuna

Every Easter and Christmas my mom makes creamed tuna for breakfast. This Easter was the first I have spent away from my family so I had to learn how to make it myself. It sounds kinda weird eating tuna for breakfast but I guess since I grew up with it it doesn't seem so peculiar. It is kind of like putting gravy on biscuits... Anyways here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
  • 1 Tbspn Flour
  • 1 Tbspn Butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can of tuna
Melt the butter in a small, microwavable bowl
Stir in the Flour until it is thoroughly consistent
Slowly pour in the milk, stirring to eliminate chunks
Bring mixture to a simmer
Continue to stir until mixture is thick like gravy
Remove from heat and stir in tuna
Add pepper to taste and spread over toast.. Enjoy!
